This to inform the general public that I  ( THE SELER'S NAME) of (sellers address, town and local government) sold my (number of plot) of land at (location of the land) to my (buyers name) of (address and town) at the rate of (the amount)

the sellers name paid the total amount of three hundred thousand (#300,000) without remaining any balance.

I (seller name) hereby declare the properties as (buyers name) properties hence forth.
